This one is among my favorite Canada cover.
All Canadian are familiar with Chiclets gums. I grew up on them. My favorites were the mixed "fruit" ones. I would take them all at once for some cool tasting sweet. Another favorite of mine were those in the dark blue box, Pepsin I think it was? I had no idea what Pepsin was except that it tasted sooo good. Now That I am no longer a kid, I know that pepsin is not really a flavor at all. It's a protein degrading enzyme of our digestive system..... not really something I would have market as a gum flavor.....
"Commercial pepsin is extracted from the glandular layer of hog stomachs.(....)Pepsin is used for a variety of applications in food manufacturing: (...)to prepare animal and vegetable protein hydrolysates for use in flavoring foods and beverages" source
Sound less tasty now don't you think?
The were made by Adams and they are still available (although I haven't seen Pepsin ones in years).
The stamp cover features the classic peppermint Chiclets pack and advertise the Canadian Chewing Gum Co. Limited. It is franked with a 2 cents George V Leaf and was posted in 1932.
